July is traditionally a quiet month for live poker tournament players in the United Kingdom and Ireland due to the World Series of Poker Main Event taking place and attracting thousands of players.

This July is no different, although there are a handful of major live poker events taking place in the UK during July.

Leg 5 of the 2018 Grosvenor UK Poker Tour takes place at The Poker Room formerly The Vic in the heart of London. GUKPT London started on Jul. 1 and runs through to Jul. 8. The highlight of the schedule is the £100,000 guaranteed Main Event that has a £550 buy-in.

Grosvenor are also running one of its popular 25/25 Series tournaments. Head to the Grosvenor Casino Merchant City in Glasgow between Jul. 12-15 armed with £225 and you can play in a £25,000 guaranteed tournament.
